At Rokid, we want you to be completely satisfied with your smart glass experience. If you are not happy with your purchase, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

    Contact our support team via the online portal or email with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

    Package Your Device

    Securely place the product in its original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and cables to ensure your return is eligible for a full refund.

    Ship to Rokid

    Attach the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of your tracking number.

    Receive Your Refund

    Once our technical team inspects the device and confirms its condition, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
